How It Works

We want to become the go to for paint party paintings. We've built an amazing paint kit system that allows us to offer this type of experience for hosts around the world.

Every painting is professionally designed and sent to you for approval before we add it to your exclusive painting collection. Approval emails are sent within 24 to 48 hours of your order.

How to Order

Image upload. Upload a single image that you want to add to your painting collection.

Add to cart and complete your order.
After checkout, we will begin preparing to design your image.

Expect approval emails within 24 to 48 hours. Once the image is completed, we'll send an approval email with a link to review and approve.

After approval. After your custom painting is approved, we'll provide you a link to your exclusive painting collection page where your painting will be available to order it in bulk.

Shipping & Returns

Wholesale Orders Are Final

Because all Iconic Paint Party kits are produced specifically for your event and reserved based on your submitted attendee count, all wholesale orders are considered final once placed and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refunds, cancellations, or credits will only be considered in the following situations:

  • We make an error with your order.
  • Your order is delayed due to our negligence and cannot reasonably be used for the intended event.
  • A shipping carrier damages one or more kits during transit.

If shipping damage occurs, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In most cases, we will replace or refund only the specific damaged kit(s) rather than the entire order.

Shipping & Event Delivery

To ensure your kits arrive in time for your event, wholesale orders are scheduled and produced according to the event date selected during checkout.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are actively preparing to offer international shipping and expect to expand availability in the near future.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I place my event order?

We recommend placing your order as early as possible to allow time for image collection, design creation, approvals, revisions (if needed), and production.

To make planning easy, we display an estimated delivery date on the product page and again at checkout before your order is placed. Orders typically ship approximately 7 - 10 business days after ordering.

For the best experience, all submissions, approvals, and revision requests for your custom painting should be completed promptly to avoid delays.

When will things be restocked if sold out?

We have a very structured production process and so we will do our best to increase our team as the demand of this paint party experience grows.

If sold out, our kits will usually be restocked as soon as possible but with a later delivery date.

What are your product sizing details?

All of our paint kits are the industry standard sip & paint size of 16" x 20".

How long does the paint last?

Paint can last up to three months at room temperature but we do not recommend storing them over two months.

In the event you store your paint kit over the unrecommended time frame or in very hot or cold environments we recommend checking your paint in case it isn't usable.
