Order Processing

Most paint kit orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

During periods of high demand, holidays, special promotions, or large event volumes, processing times may be longer.

Customers will receive an order confirmation after purchase and a shipping confirmation once their order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Estimated delivery dates may be displayed on product pages and at checkout to help customers plan accordingly.

These dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times may vary based on shipping carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.

Delays & Carrier Issues

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, Iconic Paint Party is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Carrier delays do not qualify orders for cancellation, refunds, or reimbursement of shipping costs.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you discover an address error, please contact us immediately at support@iconicpaintparty.com. While we will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Iconic Paint Party is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, property managers, or the shipping carrier directly.

We are happy to assist customers with filing carrier claims when applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue.

Upon review, we may provide replacement materials, replacement components, or a replacement paint kit at no additional cost.

If damage occurred during transit, we may file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Paint Party Reservations

Customers who choose to have their paint kits shipped instead of attending a scheduled paint party are subject to the standard shipping policies outlined above.

Shipping fees apply to paint kits shipped in place of attending an event.

We do not offer local pickup.
